…it’s been a long time since my last post or newsletter so here’s a quick update on the Invisible Empire I’m building and how you can too!

I’ve been pretty busy launching new projects last month and competed in a big motocross race. The Annual Virginia City Grand Prix. It’s a grueling 3-hour plus, 77 mile trek thru the Nevada mountains just outside of RenoImagine rocks… lots of rocks, then mud… then more rocks.

Finished 67th. 3 laps, 3hrs 56 minutes. Each lap was 25.5 miles.

Now imagine your arms turning into noodles and your legs burning… and that’s just the first lap.

You get the idea… a whole lot of self-imposed pain, dangerous and ridiculously FUN!

It’s something that anyone can achieve AND it’s getting easier to do everyday because technology continues to lower the barriers to entry at an alarmingly positive rate.

Popping $150 sales with OSP.

If you’ve never experienced it, (Android Earnings) think of if it this way. Imagine you just finished a big successful garage sale this past weekend, where you put a bunch of cash in your pocket, selling stuff you no longer need.

It’s basically free money… because someone else found value in what you provided to them and they gave you money for it.  

If you’re in OSP, you’re in a subscription model and you may have already felt it. It’s a good feeling right?

Now imagine if that feeling happens multiple times a month?

Think about how different life could be when your phone pings with another email alert telling you about another sale?

Maybe it’s just your first $20? How would you feel?

I’m going to tell you how you would feel… you would feel great! I know because that’s exactly how it makes me feel.

Now, imagine how you would feel if it didn’t stop there?

Imagine that feeling multiple times a month?

Maybe you build a business that pings you with Cha-chings like, $47, $150, $500, $997, $2495 or even $3000 or more in sales?

That my friends can be life-changing.

True story. Just a few years back I was struggling financially in the worst way. I had just lost everything in another failed business venture. Without going into all the gory details, I spent the next few years studying and trying to figure out this whole internet marketing thing.

At the time, my belief systems were focused on technology startups (I live in Silly-Con-Valley) and all we did was focus on creating the next MVP play (Minimal Viable Product) tech-talk for taking a product to market with the minimum required value proposition in order to gain traction. That model was all I knew… a different kind of grind.

A Different Kind of Mentor

I found, literally by accident, someone who had done great things in the world of internet marketing. When I met Mark Hoverson at a live event many years ago, everything changed for me. 

I became a student of this new world, more importantly, I took massive action.

Today, I talk in terms of MVA (minimum viable audience). With the right kind of offer all you really need to do is to determine the Minimum Viable Audience numbers needed for profits. Then market to them.

Find a traffic source for the offer, target your buyer and then focus on conversions. Obviously, your offer needs to be Value Driven, honest and ethical… but, this new MVA framework is what I use to create new markets and leverage digital revenue with High Ticket offers.

For example: if you marketed a product that cost you $1000 to create, or maybe you had to buy or license a product (think affiliate marketing) what’s the MVA you would need to be profitable? Depends on the payout right? Let’s say with each sale, you receive a commission of 50% on each $1000 product product you sell.

The $1000 product only needs 3 sales to be profitable right? So the MVA number for profit is 3. Here’s another way to look at it. My product launch only has 5 paying customers, yet it will go on to produce $50k in the coming months. Thats the power of high-ticket sales with a Minimum Viable Audience.

High Ticket IS the Freedom Formula

Now let’s say you want to make $10,000 as a revenue goal? You would only need 20 sales with a high ticket $500 commission. Remember profit is profit… scale is something entirely different. OSP is exactly the same model, only it starts with a $37 product that pays out $20. You would need 500 sales to make the same $10k.

That’s the affiliate model and it works. The added bonus of OSP is that the opportunity has something we call the Value Ladder. Other products to sell that are Higher Ticket and generally pay more in commission to the seller. You add scale and you can start to see how the profits would work.

What if you created your own product or had something incredibly valuable to offer?

This has worked really well for me. You can see from my Stripe account above, that value driven product sales convert well. The MVA model works even better in that world because it’s a margin business that can scale. Since I own the product, I control the margin.

Higher ticket offers produce better results because you can earn significantly more income on fewer sales. Build in a subscription model and things can change in a hurry.
